The Corsa is Kochi's premium motorsports simulation lounge, featuring seven professional racing simulators, including two full-motion rigs. Located on Stadium Link Road, Kaloor, The Corsa combines high-end sim racing technology with hospitality, offering competitive racing, casual gaming, corporate experiences, and community leagues.

Role Description

We are looking for a Lounge Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Corsa and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

The role involves managing bookings, walk-ins, memberships, corporate sessions, racing leagues, front-of-house operations, and community events. The Lounge Manager will also oversee the day-to-day functioning of all seven simulators, ensuring they are properly set up, maintained, and ready for use.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily lounge operations and customer experience.
• Handling bookings, walk-ins, memberships, corporate sessions, and racing leagues.
• Ensuring all simulators are operational, properly set up, and race-ready.
• Identifying and coordinating resolution of basic hardware and software issues.
• Managing lounge inventory, café supplies, and overall venue presentation.
• Supporting community race nights, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinating with the Managing Partner on daily operations and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sim racing experience is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with racing simulators, wheel and pedal setups, and popular sim racing titles.
• Good understanding of basic PC hardware, simulator setups, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, customer service, and people-management skills.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in gaming, esports, hospitality, or customer-facing operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Kochi, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant education is preferred, but practical experience and strong sim racing knowledge will be valued more highly.
