Experience in Infor WFM - Functional modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling etc)

Infor workforce Management (WFM)-Key word to be searched upon, legacy name is work brain,

Modules: times & attendances, Absence Management & technical skill set with Java J2E,

Proficiency in Java J2E , Groovy-Technical (Code Logics, Customization)-Technical

Daily role: Maintains activities, support role for operate requirements, Incidence management, working on enhancement, fixing the bugs, working with vendor on applying the patches, working on production support issues, fixing bugs, enhancements, release & upgrade activities, Application & Maintenance role

Work You’ll Do

1. Participate in the full lifecycle of an AMS project including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements

2. Work on Incident Management activities like Incidence logging, Triage, Tracking and Resolution on severity basis, and Problem Management activities of Root Cause Analysis and Error Handling.

3. Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes (small and medium enhancements) based on Request for Change documents, and translate business needs into technical/functional design specifications

4. Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow for Level based (L1, 2 or 3) support

5. Maintain and monitor data conversion assigned activities during all phases of project

6. Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules and policies

7. Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met – additional requirements

8. Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery

9. Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, and hyper care related activities

10. Manage integration of WFM system with other systems like HR, payroll etc.

11. Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Management concepts, Infor WFM, Java/J2EE, ITSM tools, RACI Matrix, RAID Log and ITIL practices.

The key skills required are as follows:

1. Masters in human resource management is desirable

2. 2 to 6 years’ application support experience in technical aspects of Infor including:

3. Infor WFM Data Structure, Integrations

4. Understanding of Infor WFM configuration

5. Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)

6. SQL based reporting tools

7. Basic understanding of J2SE/J2EE/Java Scripts

8. Cognos report tool (desirable)

9. Extensive application support experience on Infor WFM, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:

10. Infor WFM Time & Attendance: Timesheet Configuration, Pay rules, employee/user set up, security profiles, basic building blocks like – calculation group, pay groups etc- Functional

11. Infor WFM Accruals: Policy, Entitlements, assignments

12. Infor WFM Job Scheduling

13. Infor WFM Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling: Shift Patterns, MVS, LFSO

14. Infor WFM Integration: Employee Import, Payroll Export, Time Imports etc.

15. Cognos Report studio, Query Studio

16. 2-6 years’ experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered

17. Ability to configure timekeeping module with complex pay rules and policies, attendance management configuration, in and out knowledge in basic scheduling is required.

18. Knowledge in implementation of mobility, ETM or other mobile features is required.

19. Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions and interfaces is required.

20. Experience in latest version of Infor WFM - 6.2.4 (and onwards) is an advantage.

21. Experience with Infor WFM Cloud is an advantage.

22. Technical experience in understanding extensions and customizations along with complex integrations is added advantage.

23. Experience in working with Java /JavaScript /JSP and SQL and Groovy Scripting in Infor WFM extensions/integrations is an added advantage -technical

24. Infor WFM certified consultants will be preferred.

25. Experience in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow

26. ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is good to have

27. Strong analytical/problem-solving ability

28. Excellent written and oral communication skills

29. Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels

30. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure

31. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
