Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch, shipment, and delivery operations for D2C and e-commerce orders.

• Manage order processing and ensure timely fulfillment across marketplaces and online platforms.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, courier partners, and vendors for smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, RTOs, and escalations.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, dispatch status, and logistics reports.

• Ensure proper packaging, invoicing, and documentation for all shipments.

• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, and customer support for order-related queries.

• Monitor stock availability and support inventory planning and replenishment activities.

• Handle courier reconciliations, logistics billing, and vendor coordination.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and operations reports.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.

• Support process improvement initiatives for efficient supply chain and logistics management.
