Position: Logistics Executive

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate all logistics activities related to sales orders and dispatches.
• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and logistics service providers for timely pickup and delivery.
• Book couriers and transportation as per order requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding order details, delivery addresses, dispatch requirements, and shipment status.
• Track all shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Handle logistics-related queries, delays, delivery issues, and coordinate with courier partners for resolution.
• Maintain proper records of all dispatches, courier bookings, tracking details, PODs, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for timely order processing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate documentation for every shipment.
• Negotiate and coordinate with courier/transport partners wherever required.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, returned, or undelivered shipments.
• Maintain daily logistics reports and update shipment status regularly.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Courier/Transport Partners.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of logistics and courier operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of courier booking, shipment tracking, and delivery processes.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and coordinate with different teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 1–3 years in Logistics / Dispatch / Courier / Operations preferred
