Summary: As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine their capabilities by focusing on instruction fine-tuning and adapting them to specific domains. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures to improve their contextual understanding and relevance. The workday often includes analyzing model outputs, experimenting with various tuning techniques, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards in targeted applications. The role demands a proactive approach to exploring innovative methods that enhance the overall effectiveness of language models in diverse environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into broader workflows and applications.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
• Document methodologies and findings to support knowledge sharing and future development efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), AGENTIC AI.
• Strong understanding of model fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation strategies.
• Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model behavior to optimize performance.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and integration of AI components into existing systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
