About The Role

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. It also includes providing legal advisory services to support business decisions and mitigate risks. The goal is to align contracts with organizational objectives effectively.

Skills You Will Bring To The Table

• Review and Analyze Legal Agreements: Review, analyze, and ensure compliance with various legal agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Data Processing Agreements (DPA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Vendor and Supplier Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Service Provider Contracts.
• Monitoring Legislative Changes and Compliance: Track and assess legislative changes that may impact the company and its affiliates, with a particular focus on technology laws, consumer protection regulations, and data privacy compliance.
• Negotiation and Finalization of Business Agreements: Engage with business partners to negotiate and finalize agreements that align with the organization's goals, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with legal standards while fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ensuring Alignment of Legal Documents with Group Standards and Policies: Review and update legal documents to align with the company's established policies and standards, protecting the organization's interests and ensuring consistency across all legal agreements.
• Providing Business Advisory in Compliance with Legal Frameworks: Advise the business on legal implications to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. Guide key stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and legal best practices.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• LL.B degree from a reputed institute with 2-3 years of experience, preferably as an in-house counsel or at a law firm handling similar responsibilities.
