Solvornx is an AI-powered engineering studio based in Chennai. We build web, mobile, SaaS and AI products for fintech, insurance, commerce and enterprise clients. We're founder-led, and we're growing our pipeline through LinkedIn.

Overview:

You'll run our founder's LinkedIn presence end to end. That means writing content that builds credibility and running outreach that turns connections into booked discovery calls. This is half content, half business development. Your success is measured in meetings, not likes.

What you'll do

• Draft 3–4 LinkedIn posts a week (text, carousels, case studies) from the founder's inputs and project work
• Schedule posts, engage in comments, and grow the network with relevant founders, CTOs and decision-makers
• Build targeted prospect lists (fintech, insurance, D2C/commerce, enterprise) using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
• Write and send personalized connection requests, DMs and follow-up sequences
• Qualify replies and book discovery calls on the founder's calendar
• Track everything (connections, replies, meetings) in a CRM or sheet, and share a weekly report

You'll be a fit if you

• Write clear, sharp English. This matters most.
• Understand how LinkedIn works: hooks, formats, what gets engagement
• Are curious about tech, SaaS and AI, and can talk about it without sounding generic
• Are comfortable with Canva, ChatGPT/Claude, and LinkedIn scheduling tools
• Are self-driven, organized, and okay with targets

Bonus

• Experience with Sales Navigator, Taplio or AuthoredUp
• Your own active LinkedIn profile or a ghostwriting portfolio
• Any prior sales, BD or outreach experience
