Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in electrical line work or related field.
Certification in electrical safety and lineman training programs.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and power distribution.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment necessary for line installation and maintenance.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Install, maintain, and repair overhead lines; climbing, stringing, sagging, and emergency restoration; maintain safe work zones.
OHL maintenance experience.
Required NEDC Approved Lineman (ALM) License
