Role Description The Life Mitra role is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar, focused on helping customers understand and choose appropriate SBI Life insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, assessing individual and family protection needs, and recommending suitable plans. The Life Mitra will support customers through the entire policy lifecycle, including documentation, application submission, premium payment follow-up, and post-sales service. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships, engaging in local outreach activities, and collaborating with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals. The Life Mitra is expected to uphold SBI Life's customer-first values, ensure transparent communication, and promote insurance awareness within the community.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing clear, empathetic guidance.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial products in simple terms and interact confidently with diverse customer groups.
