Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist role at LIC is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs, explain life insurance products, and recommend suitable policies. Daily activities include conducting needs-based assessments, presenting policy options, completing and processing applications, and following up on leads and renewals. The Life Insurance Specialist will provide ongoing customer service, respond to queries, and assist clients with claims-related documentation. The role also involves collaborating with team members, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on LIC products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Insurance and Life Insurance knowledge, including understanding of policy types and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with experience in prospecting, lead conversion, and meeting sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as basic financial planning, risk assessment, and explaining financial benefits clearly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ethical conduct, attention to detail, and proficiency in local languages and basic computer applications are highly desirable.
