Role Description The Life Insurance Advisor role at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The advisor will meet and engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions from SBI Life's product portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting needs-based financial assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting customers through the policy application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing ongoing service and support, and assisting with policy renewals, upselling, and cross-selling where appropriate. The Life Insurance Advisor will also collaborate with branch teams, participate in training sessions, stay updated on product features and regulatory guidelines, and consistently work toward achieving individual and branch sales targets in a compliant and ethical manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge or interest in Insurance, including life insurance products, policy features, and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance, such as basic financial planning, understanding of savings and investment concepts, and ability to interpret financial information.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Consulting, including needs analysis, solution-oriented advising, and the ability to provide clear, unbiased guidance to customers.
