Job Description
- Extensive experience in reviewing and evaluating RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and bid documents, identifying contractual, commercial, and legal risks, and providing risk mitigation recommendations.
- Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, MoUs, SLAs, AMC agreements, and project/turnkey contracts, with a focus on risk allocation and contract governance.
- Hands-on experience in arbitration and dispute management, including legal notices, claims, counter-claims, coordination with external counsel, evidence compilation, and advising management on dispute resolution and settlement strategies.
- Proven ability to provide legal risk advisory support to business, sales, procurement, and project teams by assessing contractual exposure, recommending mitigation measures, and supporting compliance reviews and investigations.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including contract documentation management, audit support, compliance with applicable laws, and maintenance of legal risk and contract management frameworks.
- Industry Exp- Experience in telecom / infrastructure / Manufacturing / Project-driven industry
