About this role
Job Purpose
To provide legal support to the organization by managing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, handling legal documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and mitigating legal risks.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.
- Ensure legal documents comply with company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain proper records of all contracts and legal documents.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation of corporate governance and compliance policies.
- Coordinate statutory filings, licenses, and registrations.
- Provide legal advice to business teams on commercial and operational matters.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support management in legal decision-making.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and consultants.
- Track ongoing legal cases and prepare case summaries.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, and documentation.
- Maintain legal databases and document repositories.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of legal correspondence and agreements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.)
