About this role
Were expanding our legal & compliance service pillar and need an experienced legal consultant who can advise TGU clients on business structuring, contracts, IP protection, and regulatory compliance.
What Youll Do - Advise clients on business structuring, company registration, and legal setup
- Draft and review contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and founder agreements
- Guide clients on IP protection - trademark filing, copyright, patents
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across industries
- Work flexibly - project-based or ongoing retainer engagements
- LLB/LLM with 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate law, IP, or business compliance
- Comfortable advising founders and SME owners directly
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters
- Project-based or monthly retainer - negotiable based on experience and scope
