Industry: Electronics Manufacturing (Stealth Startup)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join a stealth-mode startup operating in the electronics manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Support trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret protection, IP filings, and related agreements.
- Labour & Employment Laws: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate compliance with environmental laws, pollution control regulations, manufacturing-related statutory approvals, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Corporate Legal Support: Assist with legal due diligence, compliance tracking, regulatory filings, and coordination with external legal counsel.
Candidate Requirements:
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a corporate legal team.
- Practical knowledge of Indian contract law, IPR, labour legislation, and environmental regulations.
- Strong drafting, research, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
