    • Support the development of demonstration schools and district-level innovation practices that contribute to long-term sustainability.
    • Monitoring, Reporting & Program Quality
    • Work closely with Program, M&E, and other teams to track implementation progress, quality, outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Ensure timely and accurate government reports, progress updates, documentation, and program records.
    • Collect and synthesise field insights, stakeholder feedback, case studies, photographs, and videos to strengthen learning and decision-making.
    • Use evidence and field realities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and program responsiveness.
    • Advocacy, Visibility & Resource Mobilisation
    • Develop and implement district-level advocacy and visibility strategies to position Future Skills as an important part of the secondary education ecosystem.
    • Build government champions and represent Quest's work in government, CSO, media, and other relevant forums.
    • Create pathways for district-level achievements and learning to gain state-level visibility and recognition.
    • Influence district-level resource allocation and mobilise government resources for venues, training, infrastructure, technology, and other program requirements.
    • Collaboration, Leadership & Organisational Learning
    • Collaborate across Program, M&E, Communications, Finance, People, Admin, and other functional teams to ensure integrated and effective delivery.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, continuous feedback, learning, and well-being within the team.
    • Support goal setting, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and development of team members.
    • Contribute field insights to organisational strategy, innovation, systems improvement, and regenerative leadership while ensuring adherence to organisational policies and processes.
