Align L&D strategy with business and FinTech U priorities , including budget planning and support for overall learning strategy and operations.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs and curricula based on research, data, and competency assessments, ensuring transfer of real-life skills and alignment with career development and succession priorities.

Plan and deliver L&D interventions , including program calendars, content development, and use of learning technologies; conduct or oversee training and monitor class delivery and outcomes.

Manage learning providers and stakeholder relationships , ensuring contracts comply with company policies and that solutions are responsive to business needs and support a high-performing, values-based learning culture.

Lead skills modeling and assessment , create success profiles and tools for critical roles, run the skills assessment center, and recommend development interventions based on results.
