Role Overview

StatusNeo is looking for a Lead US IT Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for the US market. This is a strategic Individual Contributor role requiring expertise in US Staffing, stakeholder management, talent intelligence, and hiring for niche technology positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment across Contract, C2H, and FTE hiring.
• Partner with Delivery Leaders, Account Managers, and Hiring Managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Source and close niche technology talent through LinkedIn, Dice, Boolean Search, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Recruit across Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Product Engineering, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, and emerging technologies.
• Drive offer negotiations, stakeholder communication, and hiring governance.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Build talent pipelines and provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of US IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, or Product Engineering organizations.
• Expertise in Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, and Passive Candidate Sourcing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, etc.).
