Lead - Land & Liasoning

Bachelor s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree is preferred.

This role play a key role in coordinating land acquisition, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities.

-Lead and manage the land acquisition process for power projects.
-Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.-
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.
-Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
-Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
-Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities
