Role Summary:

The Lead Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end planning and inventory execution to ensure optimal in-stock, inventory health and business performance. This role integrates demand signals with inventory actions and partners cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end planning and inventory execution across assigned categories/divisions Ensure accuracy, timelines and compliance across all deliverables Monitor and manage key metrics such as Walk in Purchasibility, Availability, OOS and inventory health Leverage forecasts, promotions and seasonal trends to drive inventory decisions Lead medium to high complexity process ownership and captainships Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and templates Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Identify risks/opportunities and drive timely resolution through collaboration and escalation Partner with global and cross-functional teams (supply chain, merchandising, stores, fulfilment optimization) to align on priorities Drive process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and best practices Support projects, deep dives and strategic initiatives for the team through strong collaboration and partnerships

Stakeholder Management

Establish regular communication with MPLS and cross-functional partners Share business updates, challenges and insights consistently to build a strong global team Build strong relationships and drive alignment across teams

Basic Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data and translate into business actions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with strong execution rigor

Preference

2+ years of experience in a related field Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations/Retail/ Management, Business Administration or related discipline. Experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning or retail operations Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and automation (Excel, basic SQL, Data Visualization) Understanding of demand planning and inventory management concepts
