Lead II - Software Testing(Automation Testing)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QE Automation Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium, with proven experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications. The role involves driving end-to-end testing activities, defining test strategies, ensuring adherence to test processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in Agile environments. The candidate should possess experience in testing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, validating Kafka-based event-driven integrations, and working with AWS cloud technologies, including CDK, SAM, and CloudFormation. Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, automation best practices, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native applications is essential. The role also requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to mentor team members and lead quality initiatives across multiple projects.
