Lead - Human Resource - Tech Consulting

Role Overview:

As the Head HR - Technology, you will serve as the strategic architect for our human capital initiatives, driving the people agenda for our high-growth technology divisions. You will operate as a high-impact HR Business Partner, working directly with the CTO, engineering leadership, and product heads to align talent strategies with aggressive business scaling goals. Your day-to-day will involve navigating complex organizational design challenges, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring our technical teams remain agile and high-performing. By bridging the gap between business objectives and employee experience, you will directly influence our ability to attract elite engineering talent, retain critical technical expertise, and maintain a competitive edge in the Delhi NCR tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier engineering and product talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for critical technical roles.

- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, focusing on team restructuring and performance management frameworks that support rapid product development cycles.

- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring that technical teams remain aligned with the company's long-term vision and values.

- Oversee total rewards and compensation benchmarking for specialized technical roles to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

- Mentor and develop the HR team to provide proactive, data-driven support to business units, transforming the HR function into a strategic business enabler.

- Implement advanced employee engagement and retention programs tailored to the unique needs of technical professionals, significantly reducing attrition in key engineering squads.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic HR Business Partner, influencing C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.

- Proven expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced technology environment, with a deep understanding of engineering talent dynamics.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mediating high-stakes discussions and fostering collaboration across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and workforce data to drive decision-making and business outcomes.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformations and cultural integration efforts in high-growth settings.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of visibility and engagement across distributed technical teams in the Delhi NCR region.

- Possess 12 - 18 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, specifically within the technology or product-based industry.
