Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team at Violet InfoSystems Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to identify and qualify potential leads for our suite of SaaS products. This role is crucial in driving our sales objectives and requires a proactive approach to lead generation. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies, utilizing various techniques such as cold calling, email marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and networking to generate new sales leads. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and lead generation efforts. Additionally, you will conduct initial prospecting and qualification of leads, ensuring they meet the company's criteria before passing them onto the sales team. Managing and nurturing potential leads to maintain interest and engagement until they are ready for the sales process is also a key part of this role. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities and areas for growth. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of leads and account activity within the CRM system is essential, as is reporting weekly and monthly on lead generation performance and metrics. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science, along with proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as knowledge of the HR software industry and its key players, are preferred skills that will enhance your candidacy for this position.
