We are a growing Sydney based recruitment agency, focused on the construction, warehouse and logistics industries seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify, source, and connect with qualified prospects. Our goal is to build a strong pipeline of high-quality leads that can be nurtured into clients.

Role Overview

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and delivering quality leads that match our target audience. This role is crucial in helping us expand our client base and drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads within our target market.

• Use LinkedIn, email, and other tools(we will provide) to source accurate contact information.

• Qualify leads based on specific criteria (we will provide clear guidelines).

• Maintain organized lead lists in spreadsheets/CRM.

• Provide regular updates on lead progress and results.

Monthly KPI Target

• Deliver 1000–1200 qualified leads per month that meet our target market criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation.

• Strong research skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Lemlist or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
