Lead Generation Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential

leads, initiating outreach, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to help drive

business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social 

media

 Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other channels

 Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and update CRM systems

 Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team

 Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement

 Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities

 Meet daily/weekly lead generation and outreach targets

 Coordinate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies

Required Skills:

 Fluent in spoken and written English

 Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting

 Strong communication and persuasion skills

 Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus

 Ability to work independently and meet targets

 Strong organizational and time-management skills

 Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections

Preferred Qualifications

 Graduation in any field

 Experience working with international clients

 Knowledge of B2B or B2C sales processes

 Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach tools
