Job Title: Lead Power BI / BI & Analytics Lead

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Power BI professional to drive enterprise BI architecture, reporting strategy, and analytics transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead dashboard development, data modeling, governance, delivery, and stakeholder discussions, including presales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and executive reporting solutions.
• Define BI architecture, reporting strategy, KPI frameworks, and governance standards.
• Drive advanced data modeling, DAX development, and performance optimization.
• Lead BI and analytics transformation programs, portfolio management, and delivery oversight.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, executive communication, and presales activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Power BI, advanced DAX, and Power BI Service.
• Expertise in enterprise BI architecture, semantic modeling, and Star Schema design.
• Experience in BI governance frameworks, KPI design, and reporting strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and business requirements analysis skills.
• Proven experience leading BI delivery, analytics transformation, and presales initiatives.
