We're Hiring | Lead Critical Facilities Operations and Maintenance Technician
Location: Kolkata
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift
Are you passionate about managing mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted operations in a high-availability environment We are looking for an experienced Lead Critical Facilities Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain critical facility infrastructure including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems within a Data Center environment.
- Ensure optimal performance of mission-critical systems such as:
- HVAC Systems
- CRAC/CRAH Units
- Air & Liquid Cooling Systems
- Power Distribution Units (PDU)
- Fire Detection & Suppression Systems
- Life Safety Systems
- Analyze operational performance and recommend preventive and proactive maintenance strategies.
- Drive facility reliability, efficiency, and uptime through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead emergency response activities, ensuring rapid incident resolution.
- Support planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new facility infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
8-9 years of overall experience in Facilities/Data Center Operations
Minimum 4-5 years of Data Center experience
Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and facility management systems
Experience in mission-critical environments with high reliability requirements
Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
