Lead - Casting and Machining Quality

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspection at different supplier locations of Rudrapur, Sitarganj, Chandigarh and other parts of North India.
• Experience in implementing and following the quality assurance approach.
• Prepare detailed reports after the inspection.
• Audit the processes at supplier location and find the scopes for improvement.
• Resolve the customer complaints with systematic root cause analysis (must have with 8D lead experience).
• Supporting Production function as an Expeditor.
• 75% time to be spent for Quality and 25% for Production related activities.

Base Location: Sitarganj / Rudrapur (Uttarakhand)

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• B.Tech/B.E with 5+ years of experience in Quality & Supplier Quality.
• Must have knowledge about high pressure die casting, powder coating and machining.
• Experience in quality audits.
• Good Communication.
