We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the EdTech domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience working with US EdTech clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the educational technology landscape. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Write comprehensive business cases to support product development and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the EdTech space.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that the development team understands the product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in the EdTech domain.
• Strong business case writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

• Experience working with US-based EdTech clients.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of creating Product diagrams using Lucid and other flow diagram charts
• Creating the Business use case diagrams and arranging the Product backlogs for potential value addition to product.
• Understanding of data analytics and metrics related to product performance.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-11 years of experience in product management or product ownership, specifically in the EdTech sector.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
