BarFind is a speakeasy-style bar brand that doesn't stay in one place. We run craft bar programs across Mumbai and Bangalore, plus events and collaborations with bartenders from across India and abroad. Our Bangalore bar isalready open in Indiranagar, and we're now looking for skilled bartenders to join the core team and grow with us.

What you'll do

• Craft and serve cocktails and zero-proof drinks with consistency, flair, and precision
• Learn, develop, and contribute to the menu, including recipes, techniques, and new ideas
• Run batching, prep, and mise en place so every service is smooth
• Keep the bar spotless, organised, and hygienic
• Track stock, manage inventory, and help control wastage
• Talk to guests about drinks and create memorable experiences, without it ever feeling like selling
• Work with the bar team and mentor junior members
• Take part in bar takeovers, collaborations, and events

What we're looking for

• Solid knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and techniques
• Genuine passion for the craft and a hunger to keep learning
• Strong communication, a warm attitude, and good teamwork
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Curiosity about trends, ingredients, and what's new in bar culture

Experience

• Bartender: 2+ years in a bar
• Senior Bartender: 4+ years, ideally with experience in craft or premium bars, menu development, or leading a team
