Lead Analyst - .NET

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to effectively translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate minor business evolution requirements into detailed user stories for developers to implement within the application.
• Contribute to feature refinement by assessing the feasibility of requirements and their potential impact on the application.
• Assist in defining comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the application.
• Execute integration tests and, when required, perform acceptance tests to validate the application against business needs.
• Monitor and follow up with the PRD monitoring team on new incidents and those that have been open for an extended period.
• Track and analyze overall incident trends to assess the health and performance of the application.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize incidents based on business impact and urgency.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for monitoring activities within the BAU team.
• Provide guidance and support to the BAU team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a. NET business analyst.
• Experience in gathering requirements, backlog prioritization, user story creation, stakeholder management, product roadmapping, and feature prioritization.
• Technical competencies in. NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, the Microsoft Azure stack, JSON, XML, and REST web services.
• Experience with messaging systems such as ASB and RabbitMQ, and knowledge of design patterns.
• Moderate understanding of Scrum.
• Ability to understand, challenge, and support business needs.
