Key Focus Areas:

Strategic Growth & Branch Expansion

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans to scale the branch's market presence and brand visibility within the region.

• Drive client acquisition, identify cross-selling opportunities, and lead revenue-generation initiatives.

• Represent the Firm at key industry events, networking forums, and business development initiatives.

Client Success & Relationship Management

• Act as the principal client partner, providing strategic counsel and risk management solutions.

• Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and referral networks.

• Ensure exceptional client servicing, efficient matter management, and strict adherence to timelines.

Organizational Leadership & Operations

• Lead the overall administration, operations, and profitability of the branch, monitoring financial targets and resource utilization.

• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.

• Ensure seamless coordination with centralized HR, Finance, Admin, and IT functions, upholding all Firm policies and professional standards.

Legal & Practice Oversight

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance across key practice areas, including commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, and conflict resolution.

• Review complex legal strategies, high-value mandates, and ensure the highest quality of legal output from the team.
