KYC Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC Executive to support customer onboarding and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying customer identities, conducting due diligence checks, assessing financial crime risks, and ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and fintech regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer identities through review of identity documents, corporate filings, and other supporting records.
• Conduct Customer Identification Program (CIP) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) by collecting and analyzing customer information, business activities, and risk profiles.
• Assess customer accounts for potential financial crime and compliance risks.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for new and existing customers.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate suspicious activities in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve verification and documentation-related issues.
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to KYC reviews and customer onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in KYC, customer onboarding, banking operations, compliance, or fintech processes.
• Basic knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements.
