Role Description The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom activities, assessing student progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The role involves close collaboration with school leadership and colleagues to align teaching practices with the institution's educational philosophy and curriculum goals. The teacher will also communicate regularly with families about student development and participate in ongoing professional development and school events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with early childhood or kindergarten learners.
• Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning that supports holistic development and aligns with curriculum objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
• Experience in Training or willingness to engage in continuous professional development and adopt innovative teaching practices.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and activity-based, play-oriented learning methodologies.
• Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms that support diverse learning needs.
• Prior experience in a school setting in Hyderabad or similar educational environments is an advantage.
