KG Teacher

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated KG Teacher to create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to support children's academic, social, emotional, and creative development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for kindergarten students.
• Teach foundational skills in language, numeracy, communication, and general awareness.
• Use play-based learning, storytelling, rhymes, art, and interactive activities.
• Develop children's social skills, creativity, confidence, and independence.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Maintain attendance, student records, and classroom documentation.
• Encourage positive behaviour, discipline, and good habits among children.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to support student development.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, NTT, D.El.Ed., or B.Ed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage children through interactive learning.
• A positive attitude, professional conduct, and a collaborative approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in kindergarten or pre-primary teaching is an advantage.
• Familiarity with activity-based and child-centred teaching methods.
• Ability to create engaging teaching-learning materials.
• Passion for nurturing young learners in a supportive and stimulating environment
