Job Description

• Manage key On-Trade and Off-Trade accounts across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
• Build relationships with premium hotels, restaurants, bars, retail chains and key accounts.
• Partner with distributors to drive sales, profitability, distribution and execution.
• Develop channel and city-specific strategies based on market dynamics.
• Drive activations including menu listings, signature serves, experiential programs and retail visibility.
• Track sales performance, market trends, competitor activity and trade investments.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to improve portfolio performance.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, premium positioning and compliance standards.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in Alco-Bev / Premium Spirits / On-Trade sales.
• Strong On-Trade experience is essential; candidates with only Off-Trade experience will not be considered.
• Experience managing premium hotels, restaurants, bars, banqueting accounts and key customers.
• Strong relationship management, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to manage the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana market from Hyderabad.
