KAEO Investigation Lead Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts on all GxP-related matters globally.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dedicated key account stakeholders.
• Attend and lead recurring client meetings to provide updates and follow up on open GxP topics.
• Serve as a Key Account Excellence Investigation Writer when required (Issue Reporter or Lead Investigator).
• Conduct detailed investigations through data collection, interviews, collaboration, and analysis.
• Identify root causes and ensure investigations meet client and company timelines.
• Ensure all investigation documentation complies with Marken procedures and client requirements.
• Review investigations related to assigned key accounts and provide quality oversight.
• Partner with functional teams to determine root causes and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Track and ensure timely completion of all tasks associated with key account investigations.
• Perform effectiveness checks for investigations when required.
• Escalate and mitigate critical issues and support resolution activities.
• Identify investigation trends and collaborate with the Key Account Excellence team to drive improvements.
• Maintain global compliance for all assigned investigation activities.
• Participate in meetings with management, peers, and site teams to provide updates on GxP-related matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance processes
