We're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive who is energetic, organised and genuinely interested in building a career in HR.

You'll work closely with the management and HR team across recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
• Manage interview schedules, offers and joining follow-ups
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave and basic HR reports
• Assist with daily/weekly HR reporting
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements
• Help build and maintain HR processes and SOPs
  

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
• Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in HR can also apply
• Good English & Hindi communication
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Energetic, organised and willing to learn
• Someone who can take responsibility instead of waiting to be told every step
  

• Experience with Naukri / LinkedIn Recruiter
• Basic knowledge of HRMS
• Experience in bulk hiring
• Basic understanding of HR Operations
