Location: Pune / Delhi / Chandigarh / Chennai
Experience: Junior Level | Full-time
Vendekin Technologies is looking for a Junior Service Engineer who enjoys working with technology, customers, and on-field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get a thorough understanding of Vendekin's solution (hardware and software)
- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails and messaging
- On-field activities including but not limited to installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of vending machines
- Be the key point of contact for regional customers
- Providing key insights to the product team for continuous improvement
- Ensuring clients are successful using Vendekin's technology
- Continuous engagement with clients to generate more business for the company
- Arranging product demos for prospects to help the sales team
Who can apply:
Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related fields. Freshers with good technical and communication skills are welcome.
