About the Role : We are hiring two Junior Project Manager to join the PMO and finance team of a US-based client. You will manage project resource allocations, balance hours across projects, and turn weekly data into forecasts and project-level reports, using Clarity PPM as the core tool. The role works closely with project managers, finance, and US stakeholders, and includes structured training on the client’s processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project resource allocations in Clarity PPM, and balance total hours across projects and resources against plan.
• Monitor timesheets and actuals, identify over- or under-allocation, and resolve discrepancies with project managers.
• Analyse weekly reports and forecasts, comparing plan vs forecast vs actuals and highlighting variances and risks.
• Prepare consolidated project reports covering hours, allocations, financials and status for project managers and leadership.
• Work with the finance team on project financials, budget tracking and month-end forecast updates.
• Maintain accurate project, resource and financial data in Clarity.
• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and follow up on actions with cross-functional and US-based teams.
• Join daily and weekly meetings during US morning hours.

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination, PMO or project management.
• Strong working knowledge of Clarity PPM (CA / Broadcom Clarity), especially resource allocation, timesheets, and project financials or forecasting.
• Experience in resource management, capacity planning and utilization tracking.
• Experience in forecasting and variance analysis (plan vs forecast vs actuals).
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, building consolidated reports from raw data.
• Strong written and verbal English for working with US stakeholders.
• Willing to work 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST permanently.

Good to Have

• Experience with other PPM tools: Planview, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow SPM.
• Exposure to project finance: budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, billing (T&M / Fixed Price), month-end processes.
• Power BI or dashboard reporting.
• BFSI or GCC client experience.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification.
