Position Overview

Were looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive to run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on quality lead generation for our clients, who are mainly in the real estate vertical. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign activity, track performance, and support the team with analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with lead gen campaigns, a sharp eye for data, and a strong drive to learn and grow into a senior role.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Management

Set up, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (lead forms, website conversions, WhatsApp/click-to-message). Work with ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to meet client goals under the guidance of senior team members.

Campaign Optimization

Monitor campaigns daily and make data-backed optimizations across budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, placements, and creatives. Focus on improving CPL and lead quality, not just lead volume.

Audience & Keyword Research

Build and refine audience segments (custom, lookalike, interest-based) on Meta, and conduct keyword research, negative keyword management, and search term analysis on Google. Support competitor research for real estate projects and micro-markets.

Lead Quality & Tracking

Ensure conversion tracking is set up correctly (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4). Coordinate with clients and sales teams to gather lead feedback and use it to improve targeting and campaign quality.

Reporting & Client Communication

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using dashboards and spreadsheets. Share clear campaign updates and insights with the team and clients, with support from seniors on strategy discussions.

A/B Testing & Learning

Run structured tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Document learnings and stay updated on new features and best practices on Google and Meta.

Collaboration

Work closely with creative, content, and SEO teams to align ads with landing pages and messaging. Take feedback well and share ideas in team discussions.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for lead generation

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple accounts at once

Experience in real estate or other high-ticket lead gen verticals is a big plus

Good understanding of key metrics like CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, and lead quality indicators

Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Looker Studio or similar)

Clear written and verbal communication

Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus
