One flexible membership gives members access to a continuously expanding network of established partner fitness centers across the city, with the Fit.Zone app live on iOS and Android. Partner fitness centers keep their own brand, coaches and community, and grow with Fit.Zone's members, marketing and technology. We are scaling fast, and every role has real ownership from day one.

What you will do

• Build and manage Meta lead-generation campaigns with radius targeting around each partner fitness center
• Run Google Search, Performance Max and local campaigns linked to each center's Google Business Profile
• Write localised ad copy per area and launch new creatives every week with the design team
• Check lead quality daily and make sure every lead reaches WhatsApp follow-up within minutes
• Track spend, cost per lead, cost per trial and cost per membership by center and by area
• Maintain the weekly performance dashboard (Looker Studio) and flag anything off-track
• Set up campaigns for each newly onboarded center within 5 working days of go-live

Must have

• Has built Meta and Google campaigns from scratch, not only boosted posts
• Understands CPL, CPA, ROAS, frequency and creative fatigue, and can explain them with own numbers
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Sheets
• Clear written English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus for local copy

Good to have

• Lead-generation experience for gyms, clinics, salons or other local services
• Meta Conversions API or Google Tag Manager basics
• WhatsApp automation tools (AiSensy, n8n or similar)

How we will measure you (first 90 days)

• Every live partner fitness center has an active Meta and Google campaign
• Cost per qualified lead tracked weekly by center, with a short note on what changed
• New centers live in ads within 5 working days of go-live
