Role Overview

You will own paid campaigns across search, social, and display, from strategy and budgeting to

optimisation and reporting. This role suits a marketer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience who is

comfortable working with budgets, tracking, and data, and is ready to take more ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, launch, and independently manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta

(Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn

•Own campaign budgets and pacing, and scale winning campaigns while cutting

underperformers

•Optimise for CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, and ROAS to hit lead and revenue targets

•Build funnel strategies covering prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing

•Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages

•Set up and audit conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and pixels

•Brief the design and content teams on ad creatives and give data-backed feedback

•Work with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and track leads through to conversion

•Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

•Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices, and share learnings with the

team

Requirements

•Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field

•1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media

•Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with real

budgets

•Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking

•Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets

•Ability to show results from past campaigns (leads generated, cost reductions, ROAS

improvements)

•Good written communication for ad copy, reporting, and stakeholder updates

•Ownership, curiosity, and a test-and-learn mindset

Good to Have

•Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification

•Experience with LinkedIn Ads, especially for B2B or lead generation

•Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar dashboards

•Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

•Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or landing page optimisation

•Experience in B2B, technology, or enterprise marketing funnels
