About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Vadodara.

You'll be working on social media creatives, brand campaigns, and digital content for a variety of clients. The role involves collaborating with our content and social media team to turn ideas and creative briefs into visually engaging designs.

We're looking for someone with a good eye for design, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn, experiment, and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and other digital creatives.
• Create visual assets for brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colour schemes, and overall visual communication.
• Collaborate with the content and social media team to execute creative concepts and campaigns.
• Adapt designs for different digital platforms and content formats.
• Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
• Stay updated with graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative approaches.
• Maintain organized design files and editable project assets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to create clean, creative, and brand-appropriate designs.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them effectively.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of social media management and content planning.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Experience in creating campaign visuals and social media content.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing would be an added advantage.

Salary and Work Location

Salary: 12,000 - 20,000 per month, depending on skills, portfolio, and experience.

Location: Otono India Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, Gujarat.
