Junior Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding materials aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing logos and brand assets, designing marketing collaterals, selecting and refining typography, and preparing graphics for both web and print. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and web developers to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling and brand-aligned creatives.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive brand identities and visual systems.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility for digital and print materials.
• Hands-on expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital marketing assets, brand design, and creative concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and UI/UX fundamentals is an added advantage.
