Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual concepts and designs for a variety of branding and digital marketing projects. In this full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, the designer will work both on-site and from home, collaborating with senior designers and strategists to produce logos, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and basic UI elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting briefs, creating design layouts, refining typography, preparing files for digital and print use, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The Junior Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, and maintain organized project assets in line with EntitledArts quality standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of visual composition and layout.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to create distinctive brand identities and adapt them across platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that support brand tone and readability.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, attention to detail, and creativity is required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment are important.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
