Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and brand collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics, assisting with logo concepts, refining branding elements, and ensuring consistent typography across platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketers and content creators to translate briefs into engaging, on-brand visuals, while meeting project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in South Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Graphic Designer will also be expected to stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance client campaigns.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing digital assets.
• Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and refinement.
• Working knowledge of Typography and its application in digital and social media design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar software).
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in South Delhi.
• Relevant coursework, certification, or a portfolio demonstrating creative work; prior internship or freelance experience in design is an advantage.
