Junior Creative Designer

Role Description The Junior Creative Designer will support the creation of visual assets that reflect KinetiQ Physiotherapy's brand across digital and print channels. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram includes assisting in the design of marketing materials such as social media creatives, website graphics, brochures, and in-clinic signage. The person in this role will adapt and refine design concepts, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to communicate complex health information in clear, engaging visuals. Daily tasks include preparing graphics for campaigns, updating layouts based on feedback, managing design files, and helping ensure a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Creative Design and Branding to support consistent visual identity and campaign concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create digital and print assets for marketing and patient communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to assist with layout, imagery, and user-friendly visuals for online platforms.
• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback are required.
• A portfolio demonstrating design work, especially in healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented brands, is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
