- Prepare complete Good-for-Construction (GFC) sets, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections for hospitality projects.
- Make 3D models (SketchUp/3d Max/Revit) Walkthrough
- Draft interior joinery, ceiling layouts, material schedules, and MEP drawings
- Maintain CAD drawing registers, revisions, and project files using MS Office.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp/3d Max/Revit), and MS Office.
- Strong expertise in working drawings, hospitality/resort detailing, and material specifications.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad.
- Prepare presentation drawings and complete Good for construction (GFC)
