Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary discussions, offer letters, and joining dates.
• Assist in pre-joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
